Average Delivery period is 72-96 hours.
Customer under premium time slot subscription will be attended at the chosen time slot.
For normal time slot (9am to 5pm), the pickup and delivery time will be at the discretion of biglaundry.

Once the customer completes the subscription based on

If a customer has chosen Alternative*
as their prefered pick up

Big Laundry team will attempt / call to reach
the customer's doorstep 13 times a month

If a customer has chosen Weekly*
as their prefered pick up

Big Laundry team will attempt / call to reach
the customer's doorstep 4 times a month

Sunday pick-up and drop will be at the discretion of Big Laundry
Any government or public holidays will be considered as a holiday and those days will correspondingly be adjusted against the attempt/call days.

Here you can check your subscription id, payment status and service period details.

Click here to view your date wise pick-up / delivery details.

Here you can view date-wise the number of clothes picked up.

Here you can view the cloth wise break-up pertaining to that particular day and also view the status of the same.

If the customer clothes are not picked up for the following reasons

SMS will be triggered accordingly

Will be offered at additional cost as per rate card: www.biglaundry.com/rate-card.php

Will be offered at additional cost at flat rate of Rs:15/per cloth

Bleaching will be offered free of cost along with the subscription.
Please inform our pick-up boys which cloth to be bleached

Dry Cleaning takes up to 2-3 business days to process and deliver clothes. Dry cleaning comes at additional cost . Any garment that needs dry cleaning will be sorted by our sorting team - and an SMS / Email will be triggered to the customer immediately. Upon payment on the additional dry cleaning charges, as per the SMS / Email - Big Laundry will process the garment - else, it would be sent back un-processed.

Big Laundry also accepts garments for dry cleaning only. These garment can be handed over to our collection / delivery agents (boys) with specific instruction for dry cleaning.
