After subscribing to one or more of our services, you will be assigned a Relationship Manager to guide you through our process and support you whenever you require assistance. We will ensure that your experience with us is positive.

Subscription to our prepaid packages leads to a hassle-free and customised laundry & dry cleaning experience. Moreover, unlike an ala-carte service with differing rates per clothing item, our prepaid packages are highly cost-effective. Our services allow you to have all kinds of garments serviced at the same price.

Yes, we offer free pickup and delivery from your doorstep.

That's not a problem at all! You can easily provide your assigned Relationship Manager with the information required to pick up or drop off your garments somewhere accessible (in and around your address).

You can expect freshly cleaned and neatly packaged garments to be returned to you within 72 working hours from the time of pickup.

We’re happy to air-dry your clothes for you. However, please be aware that in such cases, there might be some delay in delivery.

The dry cleaning process uses special solvents and machines to complete the washing and drying in one cycle. The laundering process, on the other hand, uses water and a washing machine.

We have a robust stain removal process that rids your garments of tough stains. However, we cannot guarantee its efficacy on all stains.

No, we will take care of this step for you! However, if you have any special requests regarding the dry cleaning or laundering process, please inform your assigned Relationship Manager.
